BIR reports ‘trying time’ in recovered paper markets

The paper division at the Bureau of International Recycling (BIR) has reported that the prices being paid for recovered paper are falling due to low demand globally, with UK recyclers also warning that a fall in the packaging recovery note (PRN) price is hitting them.
